We provide communication-based training in Project Management, helping new project managers understand core concepts in scope, schedule, budget, quality, and team management.  Our programs are focused on the basics, helping project managers get work done through the effective management of people and process.  We’ve provided project management training in concert with many organizations’ internal trainers on specific project management systems.  And, we don’t believe clients should ever have to “pick two” of quality, budget, and schedule – our teams deliver all three!
  1. Supervision training helps supervisors at all levels understand how to get more out of their employees through effective communication and management strategies. Since most supervisors are promoted because of their technical skills, not because of their managerial expertise, this training helps them understand core concepts of performance management, coaching, problem solving, communication, mentoring, and development.  Since employees are the most important asset of any organization, this training is critical to the success of any supervisor.
