Communication Skills
- Our programs in Technical Writing approach business writing in a humorous, but relevant way, providing participants with essential skill development for writing memos, proposals, letters, reports, and leave-behinds. We base our programs on an individual analysis of a client’s skill level and the use of relevant examples to build competency in punctuation, grammar, word choice, and document flow.
We believe strongly in the appropriate use of commas, and we’re fighting run-on sentences one document at a time.
- Training in Meeting Customer Expectations teaches participants skills in understanding client needs, negotiating scope, change management, and problem resolution. This training uses tailored scenarios to illustrate concepts and to give participants a chance to explore different problem resolution techniques to restore and improve client relationships.
- We also offer tailored programs in Team Building, Interpersonal Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Negotiation.
